Like most independents, some of our services we use are outsourced, as this keeps your cost down to a minimum, which can save you thousands of dollars.

If your love one is coming into our care from a hospital, nursing home or your home, between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm, then the prices above are a cost estimate. If they are coming from the coroners, then there is no cost for cremation permits. If your love one is in a nursing home, we will need 2 doctors to verify the paperwork, and this will be an additional $270 approx. If your love one comes from a hospital, then the cremation permits will drop down to $165. We will return the ashes to you when you are ready, or deliver them to the place of internment with the relevant paperwork. Burial prices do not include the plot or internment fees for the cemetery.

A 'Direct Cremation' and 'Direct Burial' is where there is no service, no attendance, no viewing.

Definitions of the above pricing:

Transfer into care - Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm from hospital or coroners. Additional charges will occur when it is from a nursing home and/or from home.

Mortuary Care & Prep - max 5 days and basic preparation
​​
Cremation Certificates - 1 x Dr Reference for Cremation and 1 x Cremation Risk may need to be obtained.

Coffin Range - Richmond Standard Size Range
​​
Cremations - pricing will vary from each location if you choose an alternative location
​​
Venue prices - are used as a guide only, and will vary based on location
​
Facilities - we operate out of PSA in Camden to keep the cost down for our families.
